By nutrition, I mean both dietary and supplemental. With regard to supplements, depending on what you find, have separate sections for the effects of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements respectively. At the very least I have heard of vitamins C and D3 playing a role, potentially also about vitamins A and E. With regard to other supplements, I wonder if things like astaxanthin and melatonin also play a role. Stay objective, and don't be biased by what I might be presupposing here. Let's see what you find independently. Lastly, don't worry about sunburn treatment for now; that will be covered in a separate request.
